As an American-Dominican born and raised in the melting-pot of an environment that is New York City, Pedro Fortunato has been sonically influenced by many styles of music. The genre styles he chooses to interpret range from Bachata to Bolero, Merengue, Afro-Dominican Rhythms & their fusions, as well as hints of Rock, R&B, Jazz & Hip Hop.

 With the experimentation of blending genres and pushing the boundaries of certain cultural musical norms, Pedro Fortunato manages to deliver a truly unique sonic experience in a contemporary fashion while highlighting his Dominican roots.
